INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz High Goal Gin
0.75 oz Lemon Juice
0.75 oz Simple Syrup
2-3 oz Champagne

GARNISH
Lemon Peel

INSTRUCTIONS
Add the gin, lemon juice and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake for 5-10 seconds. Strain into a champagne flute and top with ice cold Champagne. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
