INGREDIENTS
0.75 oz High Goal Gin
0.5 oz Aperol
0.5 oz Fernet
Squeeze of Lemon
GARNISH
Lemon Peel
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine the gin, Aperol, Fernet and lemon juice into a shaker with ice. Shake until well chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass with a large cube or ice ball. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
